GSEs Increase Foreclosure Preventions in 2010: FHFA
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac doubled to 946,305 the number of foreclosure actions they prevented in 2010 when compared to 2009, according to the Federal Housing and Finance Agency’s Foreclosure Prevention and Refinance Report, released March 3.
